Photo Presentation by Sylvia Galbraith

Feb 17, 2010

Heritage Week Presentation

The Ontario Heritage Trust has established that the third week of each February is designated Heritage Week to celebrate Canada's national heritage.
This year's theme is "Our changing landscape"

This year we are marking the week with a visually stunning presentation by Sylvia Galbraith, a local photographer, who, through a slide presentation, will share work from her latest publication, A Living River by the Door: Through Belwood, Fergus and Elora. Galbraith has magically captured images of the Grand River as it flows through Centre Wellington and beyond.

In addition to being a landscape photographer, Sylvia also excels in human and animal portraiture (she specializes in horses), as well as commercial and aerial photography. Sylvia's book and other work are currently available in the Museum gift shop.

1:30 pm, free admission
Refreshments will follow the presentation.
